ESCAPE Penang: World’s Longest Mat Water Slide Project

Located on a forested hillside in Penang, Malaysia, the ESCAPE water park project was created to deliver a landmark attraction that combines extended ride time, natural scenery, and memorable guest experiences.

Jinchao was proud to manufacture the water slide system for this destination-defining project, supporting the realization of a unique attraction designed for the site’s challenging natural terrain.

The project’s centerpiece is a 1,111-meter-long inner tube/mat water slide, officially recognized by Guinness World Records as the world’s longest of its kind.

Opened on September 6, 2019, the slide delivers an approximately three-minute ride experience-far longer than a conventional water slide-and demonstrates Jinchao capability in manufacturing large-scale, customized water slide projects.
